1. First, clamp the CNC diamond blade with a fixture or magnetic base.

2. Secondly, roughly sharpen the blade with a rough grindstone or grinding wheel until the blade forms an angle of about 80 degrees.

3. Then use a grindstone or grinding wheel to finely sharpen the blade, and further adjust it to make the cutting angle smooth and even.

4. After grinding, use touch measuring tools to verify whether the cutting angle meets the requirements.
