The second group of actions
We put our hands on the ground first, then arch our bodies slightly and run forward alternately with our feet. We can run faster in sports and keep our bodies stable.
The third group of actions
Let yourself straighten your hands forward first, then lift your legs and jump high, so that your thighs and knees touch your hands, and also make the rhythm faster during exercise, so that you can burn body fat efficiently.
The fourth group action
We should put an obstacle in front of us, and the obstacle should not be too high to avoid bumping into it when jumping.
Then we jump over the obstacles on both sides and be strong when practicing.
Group 5 action
Exercise is standing upright with both hands, and then jumping back and forth with your feet to contract your abdomen.

Group 6 action
In the last group of movements, we need to use a small dumbbell as an aid. Grab the dumbbell with both hands, lift it up, then squat down and take your hands back.
These six movements are exercised in 4~5 groups, each group 12~ 15 times. Everyone can practice according to this amount of training, and each exercise can be completed in one hour. Keeping practicing every day can effectively reduce body fat.
