You don't need to lose weight if you are slightly fat.

There are two ways to keep fit: one is proper exercise, such as walking or running, which is better, or insist on doing some exercise for more than half an hour at a time, or at least sweat.

Second, control diet. The structure of food does not need to be deliberately matched. Actually, you can eat anything you like, as long as it's not particularly partial eclipse. My experience is that it is best to control the amount of three meals a day until you feel hungry before eating the next meal. Breakfast generally does not need to be controlled. Try to eat well, don't be too full for lunch, and feel hungry before eating at night. Eat as little as possible for dinner, and then don't be full before going to bed.

This is actually not difficult. The key is to develop living habits. You can't do it like exercise for a while and then throw it behind your head. That would be invalid and meaningless. So, stick to it!

Drug to lose weight is tantamount to drinking poison to quench thirst, or use it with caution!
