Why does excessive aerobic exercise make you fatter and fatter?
Most people think that as long as they exercise more, they will lose weight, so many aerobic exercises have become fashionable, such as spinning, marathon, fun running, long-term combination exercise and so on. Every time I finish these exercises and sweat profusely, I feel that I have burned a lot of fat. As long as I stick to it, I will lose weight soon. But what we don't know is that in the long-term aerobic exercise, our available energy is consumed quickly, so our body energy will soon be exhausted. Blood sugar will quickly drop to the bottom, so that cortisol will be released from the adrenal gland at a rate of consuming energy. As soon as cortisol comes out, it will circulate in the blood for several hours. The result is that after a long period of intense aerobic eating, no matter what we eat, cortisol will be packaged into fat. So excessive aerobic is not necessarily good for slimming. If you continue to be so aerobic every day, cortisol will form insulin resistance every day, and then the pancreas will start to be injured. Finally, it is often that the pancreas declines before the adrenal gland, and blood sugar will rise. Blood sugar will always rise, and if there is too much energy, adipose tissue will start to increase. In this way, of course, it will get fatter and fatter.
