In the era when thinness is the beauty, losing weight is king! Harbin Jiulong Tibetan Hospital
Eating a slim figure and enjoying delicious food is the dream of every dieter. Now, I'm going to introduce five recipes for three meals a day in China to help you lose weight easily.

Chinese diet 1:

Breakfast: soybean milk 1 bowl, 2 pieces of whole wheat bread, eggs 1 piece.

Lunch: Sufu water spinach 1 serving, preserved egg mixed with tofu 1 serving, vinegar-boiled mung bean sprouts 1 serving, and rice 1/2 bowls.

Dinner: 1 fried fenugreek, 1 fried shrimp and melon, 1 cucumber yuba, 1 small bowl of red bean porridge.

Chinese diet 2:

Breakfast: 1 bowl of red bean and rice porridge, 1 plate of refreshing side dishes, 1 handful of longan or jujube.

Lunch: 1 scrambled eggs with tomatoes, 1 edible fungus mixed with celery, 1 oily cabbage, 1/ bowl of rice.

Dinner: 1 spinach, pig blood and bean curd soup, 1 fried potato shreds, 1 cold cabbage heart.

Chinese diet 3:

Breakfast: 1 serving of bean curd, 1 bowl of steamed egg soup, 1/2 steamed buns.

Lunch: 1 cold broccoli, 1 steamed fish, 1 diced green pepper and winter bamboo shoots, 1/2 bowls of rice.

Dinner: cold green bamboo shoots 1 bowl, Mapo tofu 1 bowl, hot and sour lotus root slices 1 bowl, millet porridge 1 bowl.

Chinese diet 4:

Breakfast: 1 bowl of pumpkin and medlar rice porridge, 1 fried egg, 1 small assorted pickles.

Lunch: 1 braised beef, 1 cold spinach, 1 vegetable fried kale, 1/2 steamed bread.

Dinner: 1 melon ribs soup, 1 carrot, green pepper and potato shreds, 1 cold tomato paste.

China diet five:

Breakfast: 1 steamed waxy corn, 1 poached eggs, 1 cup of milk.

Lunch: 1 bowl of tomato beef noodles, 1 small dish of shredded kelp and carrots.

Dinner: 1 bowl of bean sprouts and fish balls soup, 1 vegetable fried loofah, 1 baked sweet potato.
