Fried rice with diced mushrooms
Ingredients: rice, mushrooms, lean meat, shallots, salt, pepper, soy sauce and oil.
Exercise:
(1) Mushrooms are soaked and diced;
(2) cutting the lean meat into dices;
(3) the shallots are cut into small pieces for later use;
(4) add oil to the pot, add diced mushrooms and diced lean meat, and stir-fry until it becomes discolored;
(5) Add rice, season with salt, pepper and soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly;
(6) Finally, add shallots and stir well.
Seafood fried rice
Ingredients: rice, shrimp, squid, fish fillets, shallots, carrots, salt, pepper, soy sauce and oil.
Exercise:
(1) Shell shrimps, cut squid and fish fillets into small pieces, and cut onions and carrots into small pieces for later use;
(2) oil is put in a hot pan, and shrimps, squid and fish fillets are added and stir-fried until the color changes;
(3) Add carrot pieces and stir-fry evenly;
(4) Add rice, add salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste, and stir-fry evenly;
(5) Finally, add shallots and stir well.
Fried rice with ham and peas
Ingredients: rice, ham, peas, onions, salt, pepper, soy sauce, oil.
Exercise:
(1) Cut the ham into small pieces and the onion into small pieces for later use;
(2) add oil to the pot, add ham and onion and stir-fry until the color changes;
(3) Add peas and stir evenly;
(4) Add rice, add salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste, and stir-fry evenly;
(5) Finally, add shallots and stir well.
