How to make the video file smaller if it is too big?

1. Download and install in the browser search format factory.

2. Open format factory, select a video format and click it.

3. In the mp4 interface, click "Add File", and the added file will see its size.

4. Then in the MP4 window, click "Output Configuration".

5. Change the bit rate and video window size. Click "Confirm" when the settings are finished. ?
