Where is the kidney on the foot?
1. According to the meridian theory, Yongquan point is the first point of the human body's meridians and kidney meridians, located at the sole of the foot, and at the head 1/3 where the suture line of the second and third toes connects with the heel, which is the lowest point of the whole body. The earliest existing medical work in China, Huangdi Neijing, said: "The kidney comes from the spring, and the spring is full of people." ? This means that the qi of the kidney meridian is like the source water, which comes from the foot and pours out to irrigate all parts of the body and limbs. Therefore, Yongquan point plays an important role in human health, disease prevention, treatment and health care.

Secondly, according to the holographic theory, the "kidney" of the foot reflex zone is located between the second and third metatarsal bodies of the sole, close to the metatarsal base. The location of Yongquan point is similar to Yongquan point, and it is generally matched with adrenal reflex zone, ureteral reflex zone and bladder reflex zone during massage.

Adrenal reflex zone: located between the second and third metatarsals of both feet, one thumb wide from the proximal metatarsals.

Ureteral reflex zone: located at the bottom of both feet, obliquely inward from the renal reflex zone to the lower part of scaphoid, showing an arc zone.

Bladder reflex zone: located in front of the medial malleolus of both feet, under the scaphoid and next to the inner edge of abductor pollicis.
