Three methods of time management
1, Parkinson's law

Parkinson's law can effectively help us to establish the concept of time and do efficient work with the least time.

Parkinson's law holds that the importance and complexity of a task are closely related to the time allocated to it. In other words, as long as you assign a task, it will take up your time.

Under the pressure of time setting, a sense of urgency will make you more efficient and more focused on the task.

Therefore, inspired by Parkinson's law, we should set a shorter completion time limit within a reasonable range when planning tasks.

The golden three-hour rule

In 24 hours a day, the value of each time period is also different. According to brain research, three hours after getting up is the most efficient three hours, and the state of attention and memory is also the best.

After getting up, you can deal with some tasks that require brains and heavy tasks. For example, I will choose to read a paper or write a copy. Grasping gold for three hours can improve your efficiency several times a day.

At the same time, we can also use the first day of each week as prime time to deal with the most important work of this week and the first week of each week as prime time to deal with the important work of this month.

Make sure you are always in the best condition, do the most important things, make full use of every prime time, and thus quietly distance yourself from others.

3. Four-quadrant rule

The four-quadrant method is a very effective tool in time management. First of all, we can divide the work at hand into four quadrants and list the corresponding things.

According to the four quadrants, you can allocate your time more reasonably, use your time on the cutting edge, finish the important and urgent things first, and then finish the important and non-urgent things.
