Recommended practice: radish and mushroom sparerib soup
Material: pork chop (300g)
Seasoning: white radish (300g), dried mushrooms (50g) and salt (appropriate amount).
1 ? It used to be stewed ribs with radish. I added some mushrooms to refresh myself today.
2 ? Soak mushrooms for later use.
3 ? Peel the white radish and cut into hob blocks.
4 ? Wash the ribs and blanch them first.
5 ? Boil hot water in another soup pot. After the water boils, add the cooked ribs and cook for 10 minutes.

Radish and mushroom soup
