There is a girl around me who emphasizes that she wants to lose weight almost every day. She eats very little at every meal. Generally, when we go out to play, she doesn't eat too much, because she will get fat, which contradicts her daily weight loss plan. She will insist on running and keeping fit every day, because she says she has eaten too much food today, but in fact she only eats a little fruit every day. I don't think these fruits contain much calories, or even add any calories at all.
So I don't understand this behavior, but she still says she wants to lose weight. I believe that many boys see that many girls around them are actually not fat at all, even a little thin, but it's nothing unusual to clamor for losing weight every day. They just need a reason to force themselves. Everyone knows a truth, if you don't advance, you will retreat. So do girls. If they don't want to lose weight and eat as usual every day, they will get fat one day, so they need to control their weight reasonably, so there is no fixed limit for them to lose weight. They will stick to it all the time, just to keep fit, so when you ask them how much they want to lose, they don't know.
