Be sure to hold it tightly and repeat it for 3 times. Massage your legs 1 minute at each rest to avoid reducing it to muscle legs. Matching is to hold a piece of paper in your thigh and repeat it three times every three minutes, just like taking a minute off for a massage. This is the fastest.
6. I insist on drinking 400ML of brown sugar and magnesium sulfate before lunch every day. You don't want to eat more after eating this 400ML water, and magnesium sulfate is a slow-release salt, which can help you eliminate dietary fiber and some water left in the intestine. You lose 1 kg of meat and waist circumference every day, but you will have some dry mouth in the afternoon.

As for fingers, hands are a woman's second face, and they should be protected. After washing your hands every day, carefully apply hand cream, hold the fingers of the other hand with the roots of the index finger and middle finger of one hand and slide back and forth from the fingertips to the roots of the fingers, and then change the other hand. Hold out every finger and put your hand.
Make a fist for six seconds.
Also, this method you mentioned can really thin legs, but it must be firmly in the iron when sticking to the wall, and it will be effective after 30 minutes when you feel that your legs are numb and swollen.
