The park will be based on the principles of memorial and education, ecological priority, locality, theme and simple design, and ecological leisure as the main function to create a theme park of urban ecological leisure cultural landscape. The whole park takes the statue of Zheng Chenggong riding as the core landscape, plus the urban entrance landscape area in the west, the entrance landscape area in the south and the ecological landscape area in the back mountain in the north, which constitutes the main part of the theme park.
At present, the design unit of the park planning and construction scheme will be further revised according to the suggestions put forward by experts, and then it will be handed over to the construction unit for construction.
It is reported that Zheng Chenggong Project, designed by Xiamen University 1997 and listed as one of the key construction projects in Quanzhou by 1999, was completed on May 1 2004. The statue stands on the top of Daping Mountain in Quanzhou, with an investment of120,000 yuan from Quanzhou and 6.4 million yuan from all walks of life. It is the largest forged bronze riding statue in the world.

Urban entrance landscape area
It mainly consists of a word-of-mouth square, a square, a rockery and a parking lot. Monument Square is a combination of traditional folk patterns in Quanzhou on the basis of Ming Dynasty Monument Square. The main entrance of the monument engraved with the words "Zheng Chenggong Park" is located in the north of Daping Mountain.
Main entrance landscape
The main entrance square consists of semi-circular hard square, large-scale theme relief, rockery, waterfall, leisure green space and parking lot. When you step into the square, you are greeted by Zheng Chenggong, who is advancing eastward. He recovered the large-scale embossed wall in Taiwan Province Province, which fully embodies the grand goal and beautiful wish of the people of China to recover Taiwan Province Province and realize the reunification of the motherland since ancient times.
Houshan ecological landscape area
Combined with ecological lake, wetland plants are used to create a wetland environment full of pastoral flavor. In the landscape construction of large lawn, choose beautiful trees and shrubs with rich changes to create an open landscape of large lawn. At the same time, combined with local plant landscaping, it provides tourists with diversified leisure space.
Main Carving Landscape Area This area mainly takes "Zheng Chenggong's main carving" as the core, maintains the original forest landscape and tree structure, appropriately supplements colors and seasonal plants, and strengthens the landmark scenery of the main carving area landscape. In the artificial water scenic spot, natural stones, flowers and shrubs, ground cover plants and perennial grass flowers are decorated to create a natural and fresh stream landscape.
Dapingshan
● Location: Located in Donghai Town, Fengze District.
● Development status: It has gradually developed in recent years. After the statue of Zheng Chenggong was completed, Chenggong Park in A Zheng was planned as the main scene.

● Main features: In the past two years, Daping Mountain has become a good place for Quanzhou people to enjoy the cool and sightseeing in summer nights, mainly because of its short distance and low mountains, and on the top of the mountain, it overlooks the whole Quanzhou city to the west.
The altitude of Daping Mountain is 130.8m, but there are many natural and cultural landscapes. The natural landscape of Daping Mountain is rich, and the most important one is the Ecological Forest Park. There are dense natural subtropical forests at the southern foot of Daping Mountain. The vegetation on the mountain includes evergreen broad-leaved forest, coniferous forest, mixed forest and shrub. To the west of Shishan Temple, there are many towering ancient banyan trees on the mountain, which are lush and magnificent.
In recent years, the bronze statue of Zheng Chenggong, the highest statue in the world, has been erected on the top of Daping Mountain. Taking this as the main scene, Zheng Chenggong Park started construction in June last year and has begun to take shape. The main carving area is equipped with antique city walls made of blue bricks. The appearance of the city wall is completely modeled after the ancient city wall. There are military facilities such as cribs and observation windows, and there are cascading waterfalls, observation decks and sidewalks nearby. Tourism facilities are complete, which is convenient for tourists to play.
The cultural landscape of Daping Mountain is also an indispensable landscape.
There are not many cliff stone carvings in Dapingshan, only the "Yungu" sculpture and Buddhist cliff statues are seen. It is said that there are cliff carvings under Songkhla Reservoir, but they have been submerged.
A few years ago, a number of long-lost Buddhist cliff statues were found in the western foothills of Daping Mountain. On this cliff, there is a Guanyin and eighteen arhats carved on it. Guanyin stands upright, facing the west, with a circle of Buddha light shining on the top; The left side of Guanyin statue is embossed with eighteen arhats. After a long period of wind and rain erosion, some of them are hard to identify, but the overall image is still distinct. In addition to the cliff statues, there are stone incense cases engraved with exquisite patterns and several temple building components scattered around. Suspected ancient "Yungu Temple" site. Cliff stone carvings can be traced back to the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and now Dapingshan Buddhist Cliff Stone Carvings Group has been approved as the fifth batch of municipal cultural relics protection units.
