Breakfast: sugar-free soybean milk+oatmeal+eggs. You can drink water instead of sugar-free soybean milk, but don't eat staple food. Don't eat indiscriminately during this time.
Lunch: vegetables+one or two rice+one kind of meat. You can eat some meat with less oil. Remember to eat only one kind of chicken, duck and fish.
Dinner: Cucumber and tomato can be eaten raw or cold. You can put a little salt and vinegar, but no sugar.
Cupping to lose weight is actually quite harsh, but if you feel hungry after a meal, you can add meals, such as eating an apple, cucumber, tomato and yogurt as the food for dinner.
