If you want to lose weight, do you prefer aerobic exercise or anaerobic exercise?
Anaerobic first, of course. Personally, I suggest you do more systematic exercise. Losing weight is a process that needs to be adhered to. After all, meat didn't grow in a day at first. As we all know, glycogen is consumed 30 minutes before continuous exercise, and then stored energy, that is, fat, is used. So I personally recommend that you do anaerobic exercise first, then aerobic exercise, and share my own weight loss process with you by the way.
