The fourth type: the center of gravity of the wheel arm cloud ① moves between the legs, the legs are standing, the hands are lowered, crossed in front of the lower abdomen, and the palm of the right hand is stacked on the back of the left hand. (2) Hands apart, from the side to the top of the head, palms up, and inhale at the same time. (3) Both arms descend from the upper side at the same time, palms of both hands are downward, gradually placed in front of the lower abdomen, elbows are slightly flexed, and exhale at the same time. The fifth type: Step-by-Step Rollback ① Stand in a posture, with your left hand stretched forward and upward, your right hand raised horizontally in an arc from bottom to back, and your waist turned right, looking at your right hand and inhaling at the same time. Then raise your right arm and bend your elbow, palm forward, push forward through your ears, and exhale at the same time. Then, the left hand is close to the chest, just past the thenar of the right hand. (2) Lift the left hand in an arc from bottom to top, with the waist to the left. Look at the left hand and inhale at the same time. Then raise your left arm and bend your elbow, palm forward, push forward through your ears, and exhale at the same time. Then, the right hand is close to the chest, just past the thenar of the left hand. So the left and right hands alternate. The sixth type: boating in the lake ① The left hand pushes the palm on the chest, and when rubbing the right hand, the palm is upward, drawing an arc from bottom to top, and then passing through the abdomen. Keep your arms straight, palms forward and inhale at the same time. (2) Bend over, then stretch your hands upward and draw an arc backward and downward, and exhale at the same time. (3) When your hands are under your back, gradually straighten your waist, lift your hands on both sides outward, palm forward and inhale at the same time. The seventh type: turn around and look at the moon ① Stand naturally with your feet, put your hands beside you, swing your arms to the left, back and up, and look at your upper body to the left as if you were looking at the moon, inhale at the same time, then return to your natural standing position and exhale at the same time. ② Wave your arm to the right, and then turn your upper body to the right. Look at the right, then at the moon, and breathe in at the same time. Then return to the natural standing posture and exhale at the same time. Eighth type: turn the waist and push the palm ① stand in a standing position, put your hands on your waist, pull back your left elbow, push your upper body to the left, push your palm forward with your right hand, exhale at the same time, return to your original position and inhale at the same time. ② Turn the upper body to the right, push the palm forward with your left hand and exhale at the same time, then return to the original position and inhale at the same time. The ninth style: fishing in the sea and watching the sky, the left leg spans half a step forward, bends down and exhales, and hands are crossed in front of the left knee. Up and back, inhale, raise your hands separately, put your palms on your head and look up at the sky. 10 type: the flying pigeon spreads its wings ① and stands, with its hands stretched forward, palms facing each other, its right foot taking a half step forward, its hands stretched to both sides and inhaling at the same time. ② Then take a half step forward with your left foot, fold your arms to your chest, palm up, and exhale at the same time. 1 1 type: reach out and punch ① the right hand punches first to exhale, and then pulls back to inhale. (2) The left hand punches and exhales, and then draws back and inhales. Flat sheep on both sides of their hands. 12 type: Goose flies ① and squats as low as possible. Press your hands and exhale like geese every week.
