2. Put it in the battery pack and fasten the battery pack.

3. Press and hold the power switch 1.5 seconds to start the machine.

4. After opening, short press can adjust the temperature of the warm palace belt. Choose the temperature of different gears according to your own situation: low temperature gear 40℃-43℃, medium temperature gear 50℃-55℃ and high temperature gear 65℃.

5. Tie the whole warm palace belt to the pain and apply hot compress. When warming the uterus and stomach, put the uterine warming belt on the lower abdomen, buckle it behind the waist, and adjust the elastic band to a comfortable position. When used for waist protection and kidney warming, the uterine warming belt is placed behind the waist and buckled in front of the abdomen, and the elastic band is adjusted to a comfortable position.

6. Shutdown: press and hold until the key light goes out, and then turn it off. Unplug the mobile power supply and save it for next use.

7. Cleaning: put the warm palace belt into the laundry bag and put it into the washing machine to choose the soft mode for washing; Or gently rub it with your hands, rinse it with water after washing, and don't wring it out. It is recommended to dry naturally to avoid sun exposure. Be sure to take out the mobile power supply when washing, and wait until the product is completely dry before turning on the machine after washing.
