When people reach middle age, their metabolism will be slower, and it is easy to grow to 100 kilograms. My figure doesn't look so tall and straight, I have more fat, and people don't look so energetic. Anyway, my life is a mess. I think to adjust my living habits and routine, we should start from these aspects:

The first is your eating habits. Breakfast is still suitable for eating. Milk, soybean milk, eggs, corn, sweet potatoes, rice flour and noodles, supplemented by protein and starch, are all good choices, but don't eat too greasy. Noon is the most consumed time of the day. You can eat some high-protein and high-energy foods, fish and meat. It is best to eat at this time, because the human body consumes the most and needs it the most at this time. If you have something special to eat, eat it at noon. Eat light dinner, not too much. Eliminate food after meals and do some gentle activities. In addition, fruits and vegetables can be eaten at any time, so we should eat more fruits and vegetables, because there will be many vitamins and trace elements that our human body needs, and now most people want to lose weight and clear their stomachs. Eating more fruits and vegetables is the best choice. Especially people with some basic diseases should pay more attention to their diet. Some foods are particularly cold and can cause hair. What is this? Everyone should know their own situation and ask clearly.

Secondly, it is the life schedule. Nine-to-five is the best job for the health, which is the wisdom of our ancestors, because the best work and rest time for the human body is to get up at seven in the morning and get up a little later. After lunch, it's best to take an hour's lunch break. After dinner, we have finished washing, so it's better to set the sleeping time at around ten o'clock, not more than eleven o'clock. Nowadays, young people usually go to bed at one or two o'clock, which may be because they are young and healthy, or because their friends play like this. Especially now that they have a mobile phone, they can play games by brushing Tik Tok. Everyone can stay up all night or even go to work the next day. This is normal among young people, because they seem to have endless time and health, and they simply don't know how to cherish what they have. Maybe after a few years, their bodies will have various problems, but some people still can't pay attention to them, and then there will be more serious problems. Unfortunately, young people have to go through these problems themselves and suffer some losses before they can pay attention to them. Some people are lucky and can recover their losses, while others are unlucky.

Autumn may be lost. It can be felt in the oncology department, hematology department and radiotherapy and chemotherapy department of major hospitals.

Another problem is personal hygiene. I believe that 99% of women pay great attention to hygiene, but many men don't pay attention to this. Usually, they can avoid washing their faces. Some people may pay great attention to their own image, but at home it is completely different. Especially in winter, washing your face, washing your feet and brushing your teeth are all things for the elderly and children, and they have nothing to do with them. Especially during the current epidemic, no one needs to wear a mask in places where nobody is in charge.

Fourth, we should pay attention to activities and exercise properly in peacetime. Do many people like doing morning exercises? Many people find it difficult to do morning exercises, because nowadays young people work very late and can't get up in the morning. I don't advocate getting up too early, because there is a lot of carbon dioxide in the air outside. If they do morning exercises, they will inhale a lot of carbon dioxide. After six o'clock in summer and seven o'clock in winter, it will be completely bright. Afternoon, before dark, I think it is the best time to exercise. There is plenty of oxygen in the air at this time. After dinner, you can eat food. At this time, it is best to do some exercise. Some people like running, shaping yoga, fitness and muscle building, but they are all habits of everyone. But personally, I prefer slow exercise, such as walking, or Tai Chi. Conditional swimming is also better. Exercise depends on everyone's needs. If there is no exercise, I suggest doing some slow exercise regularly and quantitatively, which is better for your health.

Finally, I think the most important thing is that people should have a good attitude, a good mood, the handling of interpersonal relationships, the management of emotions and the inner dredge. This one is the most difficult for anyone, and I think it is also the most important. Some people are happy, because they have handled their interpersonal relationships well, because they can manage their emotions well, and they can also examine their hearts, find out what they have done badly, and correct them in time, which can make their hearts feel comfortable. Such a person can attract many people, because many people will want to get along with him, and getting along with him will make people feel comfortable and happy. People who can do this, their mentality must be good and the most attractive. To do this, you must be a particularly excellent person from a family, and he will have some good thinking modes. This is the person who is willing to change himself, study hard and develop good study habits. Their unremitting efforts will make them more and more attractive and attractive.
