Two summers ago, I started running just to improve my poor sleep. I was forced at first, but I never thought that my willpower had stood the test and I fell in love with running.

Speaking of running, there are fewer people running around. On the contrary, I know many people who love fitness and running in the media, among which Zhang Junning, the goddess, is my favorite.

She has been running for more than ten years and is a person who loves fitness very much. Seeing her in the variety show, she not only got up early, but also led others to run together. Watching her run enthusiastically feels like going to a great world.

Nearly 40 years old, she can't see her age at all, and she will always be girlish. I think besides daily skin care products, exercise must be a sharp weapon for her maintenance. Every time I see her, I always feel that the years have left no trace on her face, and her smile when running is deeply left in my mind.

I envy her self-discipline, and I am also thinking about what running has brought me.

I think besides healthy body, there is also spiritual cultivation.

As a person who has been running for two years, I dare not say how good I am, but I have also included running in one of my life plans. This sport has witnessed my change.

I started running at night, and I didn't form a fixed running habit during that time.

Running for half an hour before going to bed, I vaguely remember the joy of sweating like rain after the first run, like a run that unloaded all the burdens in my heart.

When I first get into the habit, sometimes I will be busy late. Even after 10, I still insist on running and carefully keep my agreement with myself. Several people ran from the square to nobody, and then circled again, watching with satisfaction that the shadow was pulled very long in the dim light.

The initial running is excitement, pleasure and self-confidence. At that time, I often felt that I could form a habit that many people could not.

Willpower won the battle and the mentality became gratifying.

After the habit was formed, I gradually got the feeling of those fitness experts: I felt a little sorry for not running for a day. So when it rains and snows, I always complain that the weather is not beautiful and affects my fitness plan. At this point, the fitness card has realized my desire to run every day.

Running on a treadmill is different from running outdoors, and the speed is set. I have an obsessive-compulsive disorder, that is, after the speed is gradually increased, I will never slow down unless I finish the target kilometer.

After this wave of operation, my speed has improved a lot, and I can often run 5 kilometers in less than half an hour, which also challenges the farthest distance I run.

I remember one time when I was resting, I went to the gym for a run in the morning. About ten minutes later, an aunt came over. She walked on the machine for a few minutes and then went to take a shower. When she came out and saw me still running, I couldn't help thinking, girl, you really can run. I smiled at her and kept running. She doesn't know that it was my first challenge 10 km.

For the first time in sports, I found that people's potential is infinite, but people who love them will always make breakthroughs.

Gym exercise gives me a sense of ritual in fitness. From the preparation of various items in the fitness bag to the gym with strong atmosphere, I can better understand the significance of my persistence when I see many people who love fitness. There are always some people in this world who have the same hobbies as me and stick to their love day after day in their own world. I can't help speeding up my steps at the thought of this.

The decision to run early was forced at first. After running for several months, the gym unexpectedly closed down, so I had to return to fun running.

As usual, I still go downstairs at 9 o'clock. There are many people walking outside the square in summer, which makes me used to the treadmill and can't adapt to the waves of people in the square. The children who suddenly rush out will make me come to an emergency stop, and the pace of running will be disrupted instantly. I need more time to run 5 kilometers.

So I thought of running early.

Compared with the dirty air at night, the beauty of getting up early and running is simply wonderful. Every inch of air seems to have just been made. There are crisp birds singing from time to time in the fresh, cool and quiet square. At this moment, no one is here, and running comes at the right time.

Silence in the morning, fresh air, only once, I fell in love with running early.

From the dark sky to sunrise, from silence to noise, my own square clearly echoed with my footsteps, silent and empty. Many times, I feel that I am a witness to the awakening of the world. Looking at the familiar environment, I gradually became angry and my mood became clear.

After running early, the rising sun dyed the horizon red, eager to try, and the trees on the edge of the square were more vibrant against the red background. If it weren't for running, it would be hard to see the beauty of the sunrise that I ignored.

Watch the scenery and walk home slowly, make a delicious breakfast and start the whole day.
