2. Pine nut porridge
Pine nuts 15g, japonica rice 30g. Firstly, the japonica rice is boiled into porridge; Grinding pine nuts into powder and adding into porridge; Cook for another 5 minutes. Eat on an empty stomach three times a day. It is suitable for constipation patients caused by deficiency of qi and blood or fever and body fluid injury.
3. Baiziren porridge
20g of semen Platycladi, 30ml of honey, and japonica rice 100g. Shelling and mashing Semen Platycladi, putting it into casserole with japonica rice, and decocting with water; When the porridge is almost cooked, add honey and cook for another 2 minutes. Platycladus orientalis leaves are sweet and enter the heart and kidney meridians, which can nourish the heart and soothe the nerves; The crude fiber in the rice bran layer of japonica rice is helpful to promote gastrointestinal peristalsis. It is suitable for constipation patients with insomnia, palpitation, forgetfulness and itchy skin.
4.Cynomorium songaricum porridge
Cynomorium songaricum 15g, japonica rice 60g. Wash Cynomorium songaricum, slice, and cook porridge with japonica rice. Take it while it is hot, once a day 1 time. Cynomorium songaricum is sweet and warm, enters the liver, kidney and large intestine meridian, and has the effects of tonifying liver and kidney, moistening intestine and relaxing bowels. It is suitable for constipation patients with symptoms such as kidney yang deficiency, cold limbs, tepid hands and feet, and soreness of waist and knees.
5. Peach Kernel Sesame Mulberry Mud
Walnut kernel, black sesame each 10g, mulberry 60g, a little sugar. Grind the first three ingredients into mud, add sugar, and take them with warm water before going to bed every day. It is suitable for constipation patients with symptoms of kidney yin deficiency, such as dry mouth and throat, and soreness of waist and knees.
6. Black sesame almond paste
50g black sesame, 6g almond, 90g rice, angelica 10g, and proper amount of sugar. The first three ingredients are ground into powder, put into a pot, and boiled in water to make a paste; Decoct with Chinese angelica and white sugar. Every day 1 time for 7 days. Suitable for constipation patients with dizziness, sallow complexion, insomnia and forgetfulness.
