Essentials of basic skiing movements
The eight basic movements of skiers are basic standing posture, moving, sliding skills, plow braking, plow turning, semi-plow swinging, big turning and small turning.

The two boards are shoulder-width, the upper body and knees lean forward slightly, the hands hang down naturally, the eyes are in front, and the legs are evenly forced to keep parallel sliding.

Skiing skills of skiers

Choose the right ski boots, skis and ski pole. Appropriate boots should make your tibia, heel and foot firmly grasped without being oppressed, your ankles should be able to bend and your toes should be able to grip the ground. In short, boots and feet should be integrated.

The eight basic movements of skiers are as follows:

2. Push the slope with the leading edge (keep your upper body upright, kneel with your tongue, and don't point your toes! Top buttock, a bit like a boy)

3. The back edge leaves float (the center of gravity is on the front foot, and the left mountain is under the board; The left and right centers of gravity slide alternately)

4. The leading edge leaves are floating (the sight will stop when you look up at the mountain, so be careful not to look at your feet)

5. The rear edge is bent in a J shape (the board faces the line, and then brakes sideways. Practice in left and right directions)

6. The front edge is J-shaped (similar to the back edge. Practice in left and right directions)
