Stir-fry minced meat in cold oil until it turns white and spits oil. If the minced meat and fat are low, you can add a little lard as appropriate. Add peas, a small piece of ginger, add broth or water to drown peas, bring to a boil, turn the water to medium heat, and cook until soft and uncovered. Frozen peas don't need to be cooked for a long time. If it is fresh peas, it tastes good that the beans are soft and rotten. Add a little salt, turn to medium fire to dry the soup, adjust the salinity and serve. I'm used to saving some soup for bibimbap. Ingredients: peas, beef, red pepper, garlic, soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, sweet potato powder. Practice: Dice the beef, marinate the cut beef with white sugar for 15 minutes, add a little water and stir, then add soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, ginger slices and raw flour, mix well, marinate for 15 minutes and fry. Small green beans, hot and enchanting red peppers and tender beef make this dish complete.
