Fabry10ml
Whole milk 80 ml
Half a kiwi
A few mint leaves
Soda? 1 Yes
Operating steps:
1. The picture shows the raw materials needed to make this drink;
2. Peel and slice half a hard kiwi fruit, add 10 ml kiwi syrup and 10 ml white mint syrup into the glass (I chose a 250 ml helicopter cup), and mash the kiwi fruit slices in the glass with a tamping rod;
3. Fill the glass with broken ice particles;
4. Pour soda water (preferably sugar-free and tasteless) into the glass, not too full, about 2 miles from the edge of the glass;
5. Put the remaining two pieces of kiwifruit into the cup along the cup wall, which can be staggered upwards and look good;
6. Finally, add milk foam. There are many methods to prepare milk foam, such as steam engine, autoclave and milk foam cup. Even a small eggbeater can make milk foam. Remove the rough milk foam with a spoon, and then slowly pour it into the cup surface;
Extended data:
Kiwi is known as the "king of fruits", which is sweet and sour and rich in nutrition. It is a nourishing fruit for the elderly, children and the infirm. It is rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin E, potassium, magnesium and cellulose, and also contains other rare nutrients such as folic acid, carotene, calcium, lutein, amino acids and natural inositol. The nutritional value of kiwifruit far exceeds that of other fruits. Its calcium content is 2.6 times that of grapefruit, 0/7 times that of apple, 4 times that of banana and 2 times that of orange.
