Ingredients: mango, milk, sugar, whipped cream, water, fish meal, strawberry jam.
Production steps:
1. Add 30g of water to Geely powder and soak for15min.
2. Keep the gelatin warm and melt it into liquid.
3. Put a proper amount of strawberry jam into a cloth bag, add half a spoonful of fish glue and mix well.
4. Squeeze the strawberry jam in the center of the mold and let it stand for half an hour.
5. Peel the mango, peel off the pulp and mash it.
6. Beat the whipped cream to five points and distribute it (the volume can be slightly larger).
7. Add milk, sugar, condensed milk, part of mango sauce and fish glue into the cream in turn and stir well.
8. Spoon the mixed materials into the mold, leave some space, squeeze some strawberry jam or put some mangoes.
9. Refrigerate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
