The method of partially whitening the character's face by ps is as follows:

Tools/materials: ASUS VivoBook 15s, win 10, photoshop 13.0.

1, ps import the picture to be processed.

2. Select the local area that needs whitening.

3. Click the semi-gray and black circular icons in the lower right corner.

4. Click "Curve".

5. Pull down the curve slightly. The more you drag up, the whiter the selected area will become.

6. Click "Filter-Blur-Gaussian Blur".

7. Set Gaussian blur and click OK.
