If you don't accept yourself, nobody will accept you. If you don't love yourself, then you can't love others calmly.
So there are various ways to find the one that suits you, instead of blindly worshipping others. My method is to have three healthy meals and not be hungry. Besides not eating snacks for three meals, snacks are also fruits, and you only eat one at a time, and then you will have aerobics in the morning, noon and evening.
