Indications: Ginseng and Atractylodes macrocephala are the main drugs, invigorating spleen and benefiting qi, kudzuvine root benefiting qi and promoting fluid production, Pogostemon rugosa and Radix Aucklandiae invigorating spleen, activating qi and invigorating stomach, Poria strengthening spleen and promoting diuresis, and Glycyrrhiza uralensis supplementing qi. It is quite appropriate to see spleen and stomach deficiency and cold to quench thirst because of yin injury to body fluid.
[Prescription] Ginseng 10g, Atractylodis Rhizoma 20g, Poria 20g, Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata 3g, Herba Agastaches 10g, Radix Puerariae 20g and Radix Aucklandiae 6g.
[Usage] Made into powder or water pills. Take 6 grams each time, three times a day.
(2) Shenqi Dihuang Decoction
[Indications] Diabetic nephropathy.
[Prescription] Radix Rehmanniae 20g, Rhizoma Dioscoreae 15g, Fructus Corni 12g, Poria 12g, Rhizoma Alismatis 10g, Cortex Moutan 10g, Radix Astragali 30g, Radix Pseudostellariae 30g, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae 30g, and Flos Carthami10g.
[Usage] Decoct with water, daily 1 dose, twice a day. 1 ~ 2 months is 1 course of treatment.
(3) Qirong Jiangtang Granules
Indications: To prevent diabetes complicated with atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease and cerebrovascular diseases.
[Prescription] Radix Astragali, Herba Cistanches, Ginseng, Polygonatum sibiricum, Fructus Lycii, Radix Rehmanniae and Cortex Cinnamomi.
[Usage] Each time 10g, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 1 month is 1 course of treatment.
(4) The revised "Wei Guan Jian"
[Indications] Diabetic diarrhea.
[Prescription] Radix Rehmanniae Preparata 15g, Rhizoma Dioscoreae 30g, Lentils 15g, Ginger 10g, Evodia rutaecarpa 6g, Atractylodes macrocephala 15g, Salvia miltiorrhiza 15g, Alpinia oxyphylla 10g, and Radix Aconiti 6g.
[Usage] Daily 1 dose, then decocted, and taken separately in the morning and evening. 10 day is 1 course of treatment, and it takes 2 ~ 3 courses to consolidate the curative effect.
(5) zhenyangzang decoction
Indications: Diabetic intractable diarrhea.
[Prescription] 5 grams of ginseng (or 30 grams of codonopsis pilosula), 65,438+02 grams of fried atractylodes, Cinnamomum cassia, Radix Paeoniae Alba, 65,438+05 grams of nutmeg and terminalia chebula, 6 grams of poppy shell, 6 grams of radix aucklandiae and 5 grams of roasted licorice.
[Usage] Add 800 ml of water to each dose, decoct for 50 minutes, combine the two decoctions, and take them warm for three times, daily 1 dose. Five days is 1 course of treatment. If diarrhea is controlled, Shen Ling Baizhu Powder can be taken orally to further consolidate it.
(6) baozhen soup.
Indications: Diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis (advanced stage).
[Prescription] Astragalus membranaceus 30g, Poria cocos 12g, Atractylodes macrocephala 12g, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae 12g, Ophiopogon japonicus 10g, Radix Bupleuri 10g, Cortex Lycii 12g and Rhizoma Anemarrhenae/kloc-.
[Usage] 1 dose daily, decocted in water twice, and taken twice. Three weeks is 1 course of treatment.
(7) Jiawei Buyang Huanwu Decoction
[Indications] Diabetic gangrene.
[Prescription] Radix Astragali 30g, Radix Codonopsis 15g, Semen Persicae 10g, Flos Carthami 15g, Radix Paeoniae Rubra 30g, Rhizoma Chuanxiong 15g, Radix Angelicae Sinensis 15g, Lumbricus 10g, and blood solid/kloc.
[Usage] Diabetic gangrene.
(8) Tao Qi soup
Indications: gangrene of diabetic extremities.
[Prescription] Radix Astragali 30-60g, Semen Persicae 12g, Radix Rehmanniae 15g, Radix Scrophulariae 15g, Radix Paeoniae Alba 12g, Ramulus Cinnamomi 6- 12g, Radix Angelicae Sinensis 12g, and Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae.
[Usage] Decoct with water, daily 1 dose. 20 days is 1 course of treatment, generally 2 courses of treatment.
(9) Huangqi Liu Yi Decoction
Indications: Qi deficiency and excess, skin swelling, gangrene and pain.
[Prescription] 300g of Radix Astragali and 50g of Radix Glycyrrhizae.
[Usage] Take it with boiling water, 6 grams each time, twice a day.
(10) Shenmu gypsum soup
Indications: nourishing liver and kidney, nourishing yin and moistening dryness, invigorating qi and clearing heat, promoting fluid production and quenching thirst. Indications of diabetes.
[Prescription] 5 grams of Ginseng (twice the amount of Codonopsis pilosula), 65,438+00 grams of Anemarrhena asphodeloides, 30 grams of gypsum, 9 grams of Coptidis Rhizoma, Colla Corii Asini (dissolved), pollen, Ophiopogon japonicus, Cortex Lycii, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Polygonatum sibiricum, 65,438+05 grams of steamed Polygonum Multiflori Radix, and 2 black-bone chickens (washed).
[Usage] Daily 1 dose, decocted in water.
