What do you usually use for hot compress?
There are two methods of hot compress:

1, use a hot water bottle, the water temperature is 60-80℃, and the temperature on the back of the hand should not be too high. Fill hot water to two thirds of the thermos bottle, exhaust the gas in the bag, tighten the screw cover, put it in a cloth cover or wrap it with a towel, and apply it to the affected area. You can also fry salt, rice or sand and put it in a cloth bag instead of hot water. Generally, hot compress lasts 20-30 minutes each time, 3-4 times a day.

2. Soak the towel in hot water, wring it out and apply it to the affected area. You can wrap a layer of towel or cotton pad outside the hot towel to keep warm. Usually change towels every 5 minutes, and it is best to use them alternately. The time of each hot compress is 15-20 minutes, and it is applied 3-4 times a day.
