Lunch: a bowl of egg drop soup+a plate of vegetables.
Dinner: a bowl of porridge+a fruit.
Before going to bed: a glass of skim milk.
Stick to this for a week and lose at least 5 pounds. Very useful, my classmates are trying this method. Breakfast milk can be changed into soybean milk, vegetables and fruits at will, and a little meat is added for three days, preferably fish or lean meat, as long as it is effective! Come on!
