Cucumber, egg and apple diet
Breakfast: 1 boiled eggs, 1 cucumber, 1 cup of yogurt.
Lunch: half a bowl of rice, egg and cucumber soup 1 serving, black coffee 1 cup.
Dinner: boiled egg 1, cold cucumber 1, apple 1.
Eat a big apple or tomato before each meal, and don't eat rice for dinner. It's easy to stick to it, and the effect is quite fast, obviously.
