Name of the dish: braised beef brisket
Ingredients: 200 grams of beef brisket and 200 grams of potatoes.
Accessories: ginger 1, star anise 1, fragrant leaves 1, pepper 1, dried pepper 3, soy sauce 1, cooking wine 1, salt 1 and sugar/kloc.
Cooking steps:
1. Prepare all the ingredients, wash the brisket repeatedly with clear water until there is no blood, and then blanch it out for later use.
