Turn off the heat after cooking, add half apple puree and sprinkle with soy milk.

Sesame cold noodles: Boil noodles with water, add shredded carrots and cucumbers, pour in diluted sesame paste, sprinkle with a little black sesame seeds and add a little shredded peppers.

Molasses bean curd flower: bean curd flower does not add sugar, and a proper amount of molasses (not honey) is sprinkled instead of brown sugar.

Fresh salad: fresh oranges, apples and bananas are cut into pieces, topped with apple vinegar and sprinkled with raisins.

Steamed vegetarian fish in Chaozhou: Dried bean curd dipped in a little batter and covered with laver becomes vegetarian fish, steamed with diced tomatoes, shredded pickles, mushrooms and ginger.

When cooking, four spoonfuls of pine nuts and one spoonful of Toona sinensis leaves are mixed and ground, and then a little salt and basil are mixed to make a noodle sauce. Add it to the surface of the picked pen tube and sprinkle with a tablespoon of pine nuts and basil.

note:

1) Don't skip starchy foods in order not to get fat, but you can reduce the amount and supplement foods with high protein and fiber.

2) If you feel hungry between meals, you can eat one or two soda cakes, a piece of whole wheat bread, a handful of nuts or a cup of sugar-free soybean milk, and get into the habit of not eating midnight snack, otherwise the light day will be wasted.

3) It is not necessary to completely ban frying, but it should be eaten in moderation.

I wish you a good "thin" vegetarian diet! ^^
