Some simple uses of aromatherapy at home

Inhalation method:

Inhaling steam is an excellent way to treat respiratory diseases and colds, but it is not suitable for asthma. Dropping 6- 12 drops of essential oil into a bowl of steaming water, covering your head with a big towel and taking a deep breath is also a good way to thoroughly clean your face.

Health massage:
