I made one and used it last summer vacation. It is very useful.

First, eat less high-calorie food.

Second, eat more fruits and vegetables, eat vegetables first and then eat meat.

Third, refuse sweets, juice drinks and carbonated drinks. Carbonated drinks are corrosive to our bones, causing calcium loss in our bodies, so drink less.

Try to finish dinner before 6 o'clock, not later than 7 o'clock: soup first, then vegetables, meat and staple food, in the following order.

Eat cucumbers when you are hungry. Go out for a walk and run after supper.

Don't eat anything 3 hours before going to bed, don't drink too much water, and don't drink after drinking water before 8 o'clock. Drink more water during the day. Oolong tea and Pu 'er tea are both good drinks for reducing fat, and green tea is anti-aging.

Exercise every night before taking a bath and do 50 sit-ups: do it again with your legs up and lose weight.
