Although the logistics is smooth now, and expressway, railways and other means of transportation are developed everywhere, bananas have to be transported from the place of origin to all parts of the country. Therefore, if cooked bananas are transported, they will rot, so bananas are also being transported.

In fact, if we use ethylene to ripen, it is not a big problem, because mature apples or bananas can release ethylene themselves, so sometimes we buy raw bananas, and we can use mature apples and bananas to ripen raw bananas.

Nowadays, fruits, whether bananas or strawberries, are often treated with various chemicals, such as strawberries, which are often treated with swelling agents to make them bigger and yield higher. Bananas have been treated with less medicine. In China, unless you grow your own fruits and vegetables, you don't need pesticides or ripening. After eating them for so many years, I believe everyone's immunity is already overwhelming!
