(1) Body posture:
The body posture of aerobics is established according to the standards of modern human body and behavioral beauty. First of all, in the whole exercise process, under non-special circumstances, the human body should be kept upright naturally and its head slightly raised. The cervical spine, thoracic spine and lumbar spine should stand upright while maintaining normal physiological curves (excluding special movements and difficult cushioning movements, etc.). According to the requirements of body movement, the position of limbs should be in an accurate position. The most common are:
Standing-keep the trunk in the above state, and keep your legs together and straight.
Squat-keep your torso in the above state, tighten your hips, keep your whole body vertical to the ground, and bend your knees. The basic position of the arm is as described in the basic action. The movements of aerobics are ever-changing, but each movement must have specific requirements. Generally speaking, stretching should be as straight as possible, bending should have a clear angle, and the position of limbs should be established relative to the position of trunk.
(2) Exercise:
The problem of moving location has been explained in (a) above. The exercise we are talking about here refers to the exertion and control of muscles in exercise, and every exercise of aerobics requires a clear beginning and end. At the beginning of the action, the position is accurate. During the action, the muscles exert force to accelerate the action, but don't use too much force to make the muscles stiff, and finally there is an obvious pause. Muscle strength should be strong but not stiff, and loose but not loose.
(3) Control difficult movements
Difficult movements can be mainly divided into several categories:
1. Push-ups:
This action mainly focuses on the muscles around the arms, chest and back. Pay attention to the muscles to control the strength at all times and show the ups and downs of the action clearly. The neck, waist, abdomen, buttocks and legs are auxiliary muscles to keep the body correct.
