What is the script? The script is the basis of our video. The script is produced to make an overall arrangement in advance of what everyone should do, what should be done, and how to do each step. You should have a script header (which can be done in Excel). Header includes these contents: shot number, scene, shot running, duration, picture content, sound effect, remarks and so on. Then fill in these contents according to your own ideas about filming, and shoot flexibly according to the script when shooting (pay attention to be flexible).

Shot-splitting scripts (proper name: Storyboard) can be divided into three categories, namely 1. Plain text, 2. Illustrative pictures, and 3. Dynamic.

The first step is to establish the framework of the story. What you need to do is to express the theme with a story that contains the theme. In this link, roles, scenes and events are set and completed. For example, its main purpose is to show the hardships of long-distance love. The role setting may be that a young couple have to live apart because of work or study. It may be that girls are sick and no one takes care of them, and boys' care cannot be delivered in time, and so on. In this link, we can establish many such plots and conflicts to express the theme and finally form a story. Third, it is said that "details determine success or failure", and so is short video. A good short video and a bad short video may have the same story outline. The real difference between the two is whether the details are moving or not. If the theme is trunk, the frame is branches and the details are leaves, we can use leaves to judge whether the tree is healthy or not. Details can enhance the audience's expressive force, mobilize the audience's emotions and make the characters fuller. After determining the details that need to be executed, consider which shot to use for presentation, and then write a very specific snapshot script.
