Men mainly have semen analysis, sperm penetration test, zona pellucida hamster egg sperm penetration test and so on. Except for semen examination, which is listed as a compulsory item, the rest should be selected according to the specific situation of patients.

Semen analysis: It is a necessary item for infertility, including color, quantity, liquefaction time, pH, sperm count, motility, survival rate and morphology.

Sperm penetration test: including post-coital test, sperm capillary penetration test and sperm cervical mucus slide penetration test.

Prostate fluid examination: Prostate fluid is usually collected by massage. Normal is milky white, alkaline, full-field lecithin granules, a little epithelial cells, amyloidosis and sperm can be seen under high magnification, and the white blood cell count is < 10. When there is inflammation, white blood cells increase, even piles of pus cells can be seen, and lecithin particles are significantly reduced.

Immunological examination: sperm agglutination antibody or braking antibody in serum or seminal plasma is detected by sperm agglutination test or braking test.
