What if self-discipline is poor?
1, sort the goals and put the important ones first.

Many friends complain that it is too difficult to maintain self-discipline because there are too many tasks to be completed. For example, during this period, they want to lose weight, learn vocational skills and complete travel plans, and each goal takes time and energy. If they want to finish it at once, they will feel pressure, so they all give up halfway and fail to finish any one.

When there are many goals, we might as well divide them into heavyweights, putting the important ones in front and the secondary ones behind. Finish them one by one, but consume unnecessary energy, so at least you can ensure the completion of the most important plan at present.

2. Refine the disassembly target and reduce the task difficulty.

I heard that many people's New Year's resolutions are "I want to get rich overnight", and such a general goal has become "dreams come to nothing", not that it can't be realized, but how to get rich? How to implement it? What should you do next? You don't know anything, just shouting slogans is doomed to failure.

So I suggest you break down those big and empty plans and put them into practice. For example, if you want to increase your income, you can make a plan: first, work hard and get a raise; Then get the qualification certificate of xx; Finally, by learning other skills, be a slash youth and realize "something after sleeping" and so on.

Once we disassemble the plan to an achievable level and divide the goal into stages, we will think about the steps and ways to achieve it, so that it will not be so difficult to achieve it.
