How to compress files to the minimum capacity?
Open the Hi Format Compression Master on your computer, select a compression function from multiple compression functions as needed, such as compressing a PDF file, and then click the PDF compression function. Add a PDF file after entering, and then select the appropriate compression method on the right, such as normal compression.

Step 1: compress it into a ZIP file. Right-click the file to be compressed (such as digital image noise and file removal), select WinRAR→ Add to compressed file, select ZIP as the compressed file format and the best compression method in the compression options dialog box, and click OK to start compression.

First select the files to be compressed, then right-click any selected file and select Add to Compressed File. Click the browse button in the pop-up dialog box. Select a location to save the compressed file.

In addition, you can also choose a member who has opened wps and compress the file in the "Document Slimming" function. In this way, the compressed file size will be much smaller, and it can be opened directly in wps without downloading other decompression software.

After entering the windows desktop, create a new folder on the desktop and drag files into the folder. Right-click the compressed folder and select Add to Compressed File from the right-click menu. Then the compression panel will pop up, and "compression method" will be found in the panel.
