Don't eat protein after 7: 30 in the evening.
Just two years ago, Jolin Tsai published a book called "Stay Slim", in which he said that he would finish his dinner on time before seven o'clock and would not eat any food with protein after seven thirty in the evening. Protein provides the same calories as carbohydrates, about 4,000 calories/g, and fat is 9,000 calories/g, so eating protein food at night has the same effect as eating ice cream and porridge. If you are really hungry, you can eat some starchy foods to replenish energy, but don't eat foods containing protein.
