Fruit, milk and oatmeal
-The raw materials needed-
100g steel-cut oats, 2 bananas, 50g cranberries and 250ml milk.
Production steps:
1, all materials are ready first. The oatmeal I prepared is steel-cut oatmeal. I suggest that you can also prepare pure oatmeal. It is not recommended that you eat instant oatmeal when you lose weight, because there may be sugar in instant oatmeal, which is not good for digestion. You can mix fruits according to your own preferences.
2. Wash oats with clear water, and then soak them in warm water for about 10 minute. If you have time, it is best to soak in cold water for about 2 hours.
3. Put the soaked oats into the casserole and pour in some hot water.
4. Cook the oats with high fire first, then simmer for 20~30 minutes with low fire, and turn off the fire when the oats are ripe, soft and rotten.
5. Peel the banana and cut it into thin slices.
6. Prepare another pot, pour the milk into the pot, simmer until the milk bubbles, then add the cut bananas and cranberries, take them out and put them in a small bowl, then add the cooked oats and stir well. Boil the milk until it bubbles slightly. If milk is cooked with fire, the nutrition will be lost, so don't cook milk.
Tips:
1, oatmeal is very easy to pan when cooked. Remember to boil it with low heat, and it is best not to leave people around.
Don't peel bananas in advance, peel them before using them, otherwise they will oxidize and turn black soon.
3, milk can be changed into yogurt according to your own preferences, yogurt can promote gastrointestinal peristalsis, there is no need to heat yogurt.
4. You can also add some honey or maple syrup to increase the sweetness. Forget it if you lose weight.
