Breakfast can be eaten in two ways: seaweed, kelp, lentils, soybeans, kidney beans, oatmeal, celery, cabbage, spinach, cauliflower, carrots, tomatoes, leeks, rapeseed, fresh mushrooms, strawberries, bananas, apples, oranges, pears and plums.
Keep exercising every day and do some aerobic exercises, such as skipping rope and jogging.
