At the end of May, I had an in-depth exchange with my good friend Anna Ren Mei, empowering each other and sharing my knowledge. She also told me a grand plan: to prepare a yoga empowerment practice group.

The theme of this group is to make yoga live and be healthy for you, me and him.

Anna Ren Mei is an extreme practitioner and keeps her word. The next day, she started to form this extreme practice group "Yoga Extreme Practitioner Empowerment Growth Camp". There are six people in the group, all of whom are fairies in our yoga instructor class.

Let's take a look at our league rules first. The ultimate practice is the unity of knowledge and action.

Group purpose: Like-minded yogis practice together, empower lifelong growth, cultivate a group of yoga angels, and practice yoga together until the age of 100. At the same time, more people will be successful, healthy, happy in their families and happy in their careers because of yoga.

Group tenet: Yoga is life-oriented, and it is healthy for you and me.

Group slogan: Adhere to yoga to keep healthy.

Group members: yoga practitioners/enthusiasts/coaches/practitioners/practitioners who practice yoga for life.

The growth rules of yoga extreme practitioners' empowerment camp;

First, get up early every day to practice (no practice, no professor)

Practice yoga for not less than 30 minutes every day (finish the practice before 7:30 every morning and submit the practice record at the yoga extreme practitioner's small punch card)

Second, daily yoga life (no practice, no theory)

Read yoga sutras in the morning, and apply the theory of eight branches to daily work and life (share the practical feelings of more than 50 words in the yoga extreme practitioner's small punch card before 22:30 every night)

Third, weekly course polishing (no lectures, no right to speak)

Every week, a yoga angel prepares a physical therapy course with a theme of not less than 60 minutes on-line live broadcast or offline group practice, and each other has not less than 5 minutes of comments and empowerment.

Fourth, learn new lessons every month (no learning, no growth)

Choose a tutor's course every month and take part in the promotion study. The course content is not limited to offline, subject to the punch record, and the study time is not less than 10 hour.

Read yoga books every month (no input, no output)

Read at least one yoga-related book intensively every month, write more than 800 words of comments, 10 exercise list.

Time is always fleeting, and the ultimate practice of the first month will soon be over. Let's talk about the harvest this month.

The first is to get up early. All my friends who know me well know that I hate getting up early. I always feel that getting up early is a very, very difficult thing for me. My sleep quality is not high (I have no hope of dreaming every night), so I have to lengthen my sleep time to ensure my sleep (in fact, it's all an excuse, hahaha).

But since I got up at 6 o'clock every morning and went to the extreme practice group to practice yoga, my change is visible to the naked eye. Getting up early can not only lengthen the day, but also make the whole person in a particularly good state. I wake up my silent body with yoga, inject fresh energy into my body with breathing, help my body wake up from sleep and start a vibrant day. Going to bed early and getting up early has always been good for your health. This sentence is really no joke.

Second, improve happiness. Get up early to practice yoga and make yourself a nutritious breakfast, not to mention how satisfied you are.

Finally, the combination of weekly online courses and monthly offline sharing, input and output, listening to the materials and emboldened sharing of the little fairies, especially believing in the significance of extreme practice, make the whole person more confident and comfortable.

There are still many advantages to be explored and shared. Let's call it a day.
