1. First, check the device problem of the ipad to see if there is a problem that the screen definition is too low due to the low version of the ipad system. If not, please look back.

2. Tencent Conference does not support the function of adjusting resolution. You can switch the video to HD quality by setting the function of turning on HD quality.

3. The latest version of Tencent Conference supports high-definition image quality. When opened, your video will switch to high-definition image quality. The opening/closing steps are as follows:

Go to Conference > Settings > Video > High Definition (highlighted in blue) and click More More at the bottom of the interface.

Before entering the meeting, click: avatar > settings > video > high-definition image quality (blue highlight).
