I am a fitness instructor, but I never do sales promotion.
? I am a fitness instructor, but I never do sales promotion. I only provide services for people who already have a fitness desire, and I don't publicize the benefits of fitness.

In this annoying information explosion era, I hope to convey the value of sports to those in need in a calm way. I don't want to kidnap your cognition and force you to change your values with the so-called "health first, body is justice". If you and I share the same values and need help, I can give you a hand. If you pursue another life value wholeheartedly, I will still admire your efforts and passion, even if you spend all your spare time drinking tea.

In fact, a person's life is not long, but the meaning of survival is prosperous and diverse. When we are exhausted by a pursuit, the only thing you need to do is to relax. If physical exercise can't relax you physically and mentally, then you can change to a more comfortable way. There are many ways to keep fit, and physical exercise is only a small part of it. People who exercise every day may not live long, and people who never exercise may not live long. There is really no need to exaggerate the health benefits of exercise.

Some people will definitely refute my point of view that there is no conflict between them, and they can exercise after work and study, and one of the duties of sports practitioners is to popularize the concept of fitness to the public. But the fact is not so simple. Behind all kinds of bottomless grandiose propaganda of "if you don't practice, you will die, and if you don't exercise, you will go to the hospital" are heavy business plans and performance wars of various fitness clubs. These propaganda are undoubtedly not equal to money. These profit-seeking motives magnify or even exaggerate the value of sports itself. It conveys a wrong view of consumption, just like letting people who have just had enough to eat and wear warm clothes buy a car.

I am a fitness instructor. I love fitness, but I don't like this industry.
