I said that as long as you keep developing good study habits, you can get good grades even if you can't realize your dreams. My daughter lamented that it is easy to like one thing, but it is really difficult to stick to one thing, such as my study and your weight loss! At that moment, I was so happy that my daughter and I made an agreement: "Girl, why don't we make an agreement?" Starting from tomorrow, I insist on losing weight, and you insist on studying hard. If I succeed, you must succeed! " My daughter accepted it gladly, and we even stamped the chapter of caution in pediatrics! I thought to myself, this is also pushing myself, and I can't let my daughter look down on it!
So, I began to lose weight for more than seven months now. The number on the body fat table changed from 72.3 to 57.3, and I lost 30 Jin. If I have to sum it up in the shortest sentence, it is known as "shut up and take your legs", but for me, a person with low immunity and weak physical foundation, I am more careful to protect my body. Shut up, in a word, simple but rich in protein, and quit all sugary snacks.
As for eating, I, who can't cook, can only choose three simple meals to lose weight.
Breakfast: sugar-free yogurt +2 boiled eggs (one of which does not eat yolk);
Chinese food: fry steak or chicken breast+boiled broccoli three days a week, and eat half a bowl of rice+vegetables (one meat and two dishes) on the rest of the day, all of which are full;
Dinner: Actually, I shouldn't eat it to lose weight, but for someone with immune system diseases, I choose to eat some corn, purple potato or sweet potato just to be on the safe side.
Snacks: fruit, you can choose according to your own preferences. I do not like apples. I usually eat pitaya, grapefruit, cantaloupe, oranges, cherry tomatoes, dates or pears.
Drink water: It's important to drink water during my weight loss. It was very difficult for me to force myself to drink 8 glasses of water every day at first, but it took me only two months to fall in love with it. I don't like drinking boiled water very much. I usually drink green tea, barley tea or black tea. In summer, I tried the legendary tea honeysuckle cassia seed tea, which has a miraculous effect on losing weight and feels good.
During the whole weight loss period, except for eating your favorite high-calorie food during the physiological period, you basically followed this recipe. For me, a senior foodie with a strong taste and a sweet tooth, I really live a life of becoming a monk and practicing. Every time I face the temptation of delicious food, I can only turn my head away and say "persistence is victory" a hundred times in my heart.

As for sports, I always stay up late and never walk by car, which subverts my original living habits!
Get up at 6 o'clock in the morning, weigh yourself first and see the change of your weight, because watching the decreasing numbers on the body fat scale will be full of power! Drink a large glass of warm water and start dancing. At first, you can only do 90 (3 groups, 30 in each group), and now you can do 600 according to your physical adaptation (10 group, 60 in each group); After the jump, I began to walk around the park and lake next to my home, about 4 kilometers, from the first 50 minutes to the present 40 minutes.
During the day: during work, because I am busy with computer work all day, I try to get up every 1 hour, do a little exercise, run the toilet floor, or stretch my muscles in the yard downstairs; Stand for half an hour after lunch, and then rest.
Evening: Rest for half an hour after dinner, and then jog for five kilometers on the treadmill. Time from the beginning of 65 minutes to the present 50 minutes. Actually, it can be faster, but the doctor told me that my physical condition should be based on not being tired, so I will keep the speed per kilometer 10 minute now. Run five kilometers, do two groups of fat burning exercises, and then stretch. The whole process takes nearly 20 minutes. After all, rest for 20 minutes before taking a shower. After taking a shower, add some water, sleep around 22.00, lift your legs in bed and turn over your mobile phone, and sleep around 20.30.
