Create a new document with the size of 1920* 1436 with PS. Draw two gradient rectangular color blocks as the background, two thirds as part of the sky and one third as part of the ocean.
Tips: I want to popularize my personal methods here. Many people don't control the collocation of gradient very well, and most of the color samples that can be obtained directly are inflexible. Any color we make can be recolored by using color matching tools such as color balance, curve and saturation in PS. Just like you color a landscape photo, you will find that your work will gradually move closer to the color scheme you yearn for. Therefore, in the beginning, you don't have to stick to a fixed color value when matching colors, just find the right direction.
Step 02
Next, let's add ripples to the sea surface. Of course, you can also draw by yourself with a brush or pen tool. Since we say that we want to synthesize, we must learn to enjoy the "gift from nature". Searching for a picture of a sea on the Internet generally requires the same calm sea. Then drag it to the top of the layer.
Step 03
Change the mixing mode of this corrugated material layer to "strong light" and reduce the transparency to 50%. And cover the part where the sea surface is removed with a mask.
Step 04
Add part of the cloud to the sky, and drag the material of the cloud into the document and put it on top of the sky layer.
Step 05
Change the mixing mode of clouds to "superposition" and reduce the transparency to 70%. Erase the part outside the sky with a mask.
