Breakfast: an egg, a fruit or vegetable, a cup of soybean milk or milk.
Lunch: a meat dish, a vegetarian dish, a fruit or vegetable (two dishes are best with less oil and salt), and a bowl of soup to drink before meals. As for the staple food, it is dispensable.
Dinner: fruit with milk.
