Ingredients: taro, sugar, oil.
The steps are as follows:
1. Peel and slice taro;
2. Steam in a steamer for 30 minutes until cooked;
3. After steaming, put the taro on the chopping block, press it into mud with the back of a knife, add flour and sugar, mix well and knead it into a ball with similar size;
4. Squeeze the ball by hand. When the oil in the pot is heated to 50%, put the cake in and fry it for about 1 minute, then turn it over and fry it on the other side;
5, after frying, put it in the kitchen to absorb oil.

Orange peel jelly
Ingredients: 1 orange peel, 570g water, 3 oranges, 6 tablespoons orange juice, 3 tablespoons sugar and 1.5 tablespoons pearl powder.
Making:
1. Wash oranges and cut them in half. Dig out the pulp with a knife and spoon, leaving a complete empty shell (don't scrape the white part, or it will taste bitter).
2. Boil the orange peel with water until it overflows, and filter out the orange peel.
3. Mix the pearl powder and sugar evenly, put them into the boiled orange water, turn off the fire, add orange juice and stir evenly, and cool down to 50℃-60℃.
4. Inject the finished product of method 3 into the shell and wait for solidification.
